Sweet Dreams Delight is a Oaxacan style bakery located at the top of Broadway Avenue. You can always find a line of people waiting to pick up their tasty treats at this bakery from morning till night. With an awesome variety of baked goods they also feature Oaxacan style cuisine.
El Corazon de Oaxaca
El Corazon de Oaxaca is a counterpoint of the Oaxacan community in Seaside, Ca. Mr. Robles offers many services to the community including: money transfers and shipping capabilities to Mexico, authentic Oaxacan goods and an online radio broadcast. Mr. Robles hosts the broadcast and provides up to date information on what is happening in the community along with tips and tricks to navigate life in the US.
Side Affects
Side Affects is a local hub of the community. Established three years ago, they opened their doors right before COVID hit. They have stayed resilient and have been able to keep their doors open through all the uncertainty. They offer the community a place to not only look their best but to talk and stay up to date on current events. Looking your best is key to confidence and the barbers at Side Affects take pride in the services they offer to the community.
The Covenant
The Covenant is the new kid on the block. They recently opened and are available by appointment only. They specialize in high quality sneakers, hats, and other apparel. They have similar values as does Side Affects. They want people to feel confident and feel good representing themselves out in public. They offer only the highest quality merchandise for those looking for that little extra in their step.
Cuz’s Sportsman Club
Cuz’s is a community hub that has tremendous value within the community of Seaside. They consider themselves a dive bar with affordable drinks and an easy going atmosphere. They open early and always have sports on the TV. Some local customers come religiously to watch sports in the morning and have a cup of Joe. They are a beacon within the community and continue to be a place for hard working individuals to relax.
